IMPORTANT!!! Had a delivery at 5:30 PM, but there was a problem — the office asked for a "Certificate of Analysis" which I didn’t receive at pickup. I quickly solved it through my dispatcher and broker, emailed the document, and was unloaded by 6:15 PM. Very kind and understanding staff. Good company! Just make sure you have the certificate if needed before delivery. One more thing — they will not unload you until you present this certificate.
