Three hours to get a door. No desire to come back here
one of best shipper . my appointment was 4 pm and i checked in at 12:10 pm they give me door and loaded . i was out of there facility at 1:30 pm with paperwork.
It is surprising how bad this company is. If you are late for your appointment you are screwed, however I arrived at 11:30 am for my 1pm appointment, and is 4 pm, with the shipping office informing me that they didn't even started to work on the order, and it could take at least another 8 hours! Don't risk it, do not come here to get a load! Update, got loaded in 12 hours
