I was very impressed with the professionalism and help provided by the team at Great Lakes Ceramics. The sales team were great with their suggestions I was able to make a tile decision I’m very happy with. I was given a few suggestions for tilers I ended up choosing one from their business he worked quickly and I couldn’t fault the finished results. I will definitely be choosing this store for my next project.
The owner/tiler for Great Lakes Ceramics is not good. He made some big problems on jobs and refused to fix them properly. He will make you take him to court to fix the problem. There are many bad stories around Forster about him. He will promise a lot and not do what he said. The shop has good tiles but DO NOT use him. He is also very expensive. There are lots of other better, cheaper tilers around. You've been warned.
