Always friendly advice and support from staff. Recently purchased Traxxas lipo battery that take longer to charge and discharge compared to other the same. Store manager steps in, find battery was not perfect and replace with brand new. Very professional to explain the problem . All ways spending money at the store but walking out with the satisfaction. This is how bissnes operates and operates for long time. Support you hobby store and then they will support your.
You know I like to go that hobby store but the prices are just out of this world. It's no wonder no one wants to do anything with models anymore or why. So many businesses are shutting down because it's just crazy the prices they ask for that kind of stuff. A little jar of paint. Five bucks. Just ridiculous models. 60 bucks getting to the point where it's not even worth doing it anymore
Poor customer service. Lady is rude and doesn’t deserve any business. Hope this store goes out of business.
