They didn't warranty my TX16s even though a switch went on it. Waited like 6 months on a replacement part and then they tried charging me for it. Probably won't shop here again.
Not the best experience. Not the worst experience. Guess it really depends on who you are when shopping here I guess. The first clerk I greeted, he did not greet me back. The 2nd staff member did greet me but it felt like he was doing me a favor to check for items that were already on hold for a family member. Like I said Im sure its an isolated incident and definitely not the worst customer service Ive ever had BUT maybe a reminder to treat all customer's the same even if they are a girl.
