Most of the problem here is there is no full time director here. My mother's room lacked a ceiling fan in the bathroom. Just a hole in the ceiling. The "part time" director said it would be repaired, but 6 months and was still not fixed when my mom moved out. Always a problem with her medications. Most every month she would be out of something before it was due to refill. Mostly her muscle relaxers, then lastly her UTI medication. The staff there is very rude snd prejudice. She hung up in my face twice. I would never refer anyone to this place of business.
My grandmother has lived at Great Grands for over a year. The caregivers have loved and cared for her as they would a family member and we have been extremely pleased with the care she received. The management and staff really care and go the extra mile to make it feel like home. The home is clean and smells fresh and homemade meals are served. My Grandma has made many friends who helped care for her as well. Great Grans has been a blessing to our family.
I have did sittting in great grand . And they treat and care for the people in there .Its a good place to live and work .They work show much love.
My mother has been at Great Grans for 18 months with extreme dementia. The director and staff have been extremely caring and respectful. They love my mom like she’s their own family. It has been a blessing to have her here! I would highly recommend it!
