Found this gem when searching for some travel gear. I have placed 4 orders since last year and found some amazing deals on various items such as Therm-a-Rest, Eagle Creek and Royal Robbins. Shipping to the US has been reasonable, or even free when the order is over a certain amount. The customer service has also been great as they reached out about an unexpected delay on one of the orders.
Small shop but all dedicated to outdoor wear from jackets to bags to shoes. You can find popular brands like Patagonia, North Face, and Columbia, etc. There are sales items outside and in the middle of the store worth checking out. Store itself is not very big but it has a website where you can also find products before venturing to the physical store.
The staff forgot to remove security tag. I can back to have it removed and they open at 11:00 but close 12-1 for lunch? Next day came at 11:00 and so far no one. Waiting.
While planning a trip to Alberta in October I knew that I needed a «versatile» coat. One that wasn’t too heavy and bulky and either too hot or not warm enough. I already have a Pagar but it’s bulky and unless it was going to be well below zero for the majority of the trip I knew it would be too heavy and way too much coat for this time of year. Excellent store to purchase outdoor gear at a very reasonable price! One of their promotions just ended as I was about to make a purchase. I was able to call in and they were able to reapply the promotion as I had just missed it by a few hours! Super friendly and helpful, will definitely be shopping here more in the future.
