I am forced to give tip, the stylist is Michelle (Yen), I asked I prefer not to tip, even though she asked me to tip and taking back to tip screen, I had to pay the tip as well, very bad experience.

My wife's hair is butchered and I get the same generic response as everyone else. I don't want to contact the basic customer service email or phone number. The actual owner needs to reach out. This is ridiculous, like a little coupon is going to fix years of growing hair out or the self esteem issues something like this can cause. Do not go here. This is absolutely outrageous.

Where do I even begin? I walked into Great Clips with a full head of dreams and walked out looking like a rejected Lego figurine. I asked for a simple trim — nothing fancy. What I got instead was a jagged, uneven, post-apocalyptic interpretation of what once resembled human hair. The stylist (let’s call her “Edward Scissorhands on a sugar crash”) seemed to wield the clippers like she was in a timed competition. Absolutely the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I walked into Great Clips expecting at least basic professionalism, but apparently, that was too much to ask. The stylist seemed rushed, barely listened to what I asked for, and gave me a completely uneven cut that looked like it was done in the dark with safety scissors. Zero attention to detail, and no effort to fix it when I pointed it out. The place was messy, the clippers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly, and no one seemed to care.
