I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMY. MY ADVICE WOULD BE TO AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE PROMISED AND ARE VERY RELUCTANT TO ENTER INTO DIALOGUE WHEN YOU EXPRESS DISSATISFACTION. This company cancelled our trip due to the travel restrictions because of COVID-19. We had paid in full but, unlike airlines, they refused to refund our money. They claim, despite the original agreement, they did this to stay in business. Ripping-off people won’t help your business.

We paid in FULL for a trip with this company. Great Canadian Railtour cancelled our trip a month before it was scheduled. We simply asked for a refund, but Great Candadian Railtour absolutely refused to give us any of our money back. This is flat out wrong and unethical, to say the least, not to mention it is theft when you don't provide product or service to the customer, but keep all of their money. Shame on Great Canadian Railtour. The greed in this world is overwhelming.
