I visited the place for the first time. No doubt, I like mostly everything about the place such as interior, the bar and the service inside the casino but one thing I don’t like about this casino is the receptionist who was unnecessarily rude and throwing personal comments for no reason. I will really appreciate if it will be more professional and please no personal comments. Thanks
No response to my email inquiry regarding the failed redemption of a Great Canadian Gaming Corporation gift card at the River Rock Casino in Richmond, BC, in late December 2024. Considering that my company had spent thousands of dollars hosting corporate and client events for many years at the River Rock Casino and the Hastings Racecourse, such a lack of a response is extremely reprehensible.
