So, in trying to be objective, and not a complete baby, I’ll say two things first: As far as the customer service side of things, I’ve really got nothing bad to say; at first, I thought the folks I talked to on the phone were a bit short, but I get it — it can be painful holding someone’s hand through something that’s routine for you, but, ultimately, they weren’t outright jerks. Definitely will be ordering from these guys next year. Very professional, and polite. I put in a last minute delivery last week for today, they are easy to work with. I highly recommend if you’re looking for wood to use this company!
