Not sure which location he's at, but Joe R was an incredible loan officer! Gave us ideas we hadn't thought of, really had our best interest in mind! OH and Davia at the McCarran location was SUPER sweet and helpful. Highly recommend!
Their mobile check deposit cant read when it asks you to write for "gb mobile deposit use only" So it will take 12 pictures to get it to deposit. Then even after calling and having them authorize your employer they will still hold your check for several days. They have no active customer service on the weekends or president's day to help you get your much needed money (bills don't care and groceries can't wait but your bank sure can) honestly the issues I've had within the first several weeks make me want to find anouther ba... read more
