Dale and Great American Lending were so absolutely great to work with. When asked to run the numbers for a particular home and to tell me for 2 loan options what would be the clear break-down cost, this agent replied... and I kid you not... "I just do not want to waste my time if there are other lenders doing the same thing"... Excuse me? Of course any Cx would shop around to explore offers from different lenders and is standard practice / expectation to get detailed offer for any option compatible so the Cx can compare. I called Dale at Great American lending and mentioned to him that I was shopping rates for my purchase of a new home, the first purchase I’ve made in over 30 years and I was shopping him against three or four other lenders. Dale and his team quickly put together very understandable numbers for me and was able to hands-down, beat the other lenders.
