We ordered a cookie cake on line and pre payed for my daughter’s birthday and before arriving to pick the cake up they threw the cake out and wouldn’t give us a refund for the purchase of the cake. After speaking with the manager named Joy who was rude in the entire process she said that we were late in picking up the cake and the cake would have been too stale to eat. We ended up going to Giant Eagle for a cookie cake instead. I will never go back to Great American Cookie again. The staff were extremely rude.
