the worker here is joy and she was extremely rude to me and my cousin we asked for no ice in a drink and she made it with ice and then we told her we asked for no ice and she proceeded to say we didn’t and was being so rude about she also has headphones in and said there was 2 people on there listening to us so obviously she wasn’t paying attention or listening very well she needs to learn how to talk to people
Lady named joy was extremely rude for no reason, no customer service at all, she was just extremely belligerent!
Went to get a 4 count box. They got it out and when we opened it, it had a roach in it. We shower the lady behind the counter and she took the box away and brought it to the back. We didn't get our money back or anything because she didn't come back out. Worst experience ever... And then still continued to sell cookies from the same cabinet. Disgusting!
