All American Cookie in the Lufkin Mall is an absolute disgrace. The customer service is rude and dismissive, the cookies are poorly made, and the drink machine has been broken for what feels like forever. My son purchased a cookie that was raw in the middle, and when we pointed it out, the response was, “So, it’s supposed to be like that; it’s chewy.” That excuse is insulting.
