RecommendedI went to Great American Cookies tonight looking for a cookie to cure my sweet tooth. I went up to your employee, Dylan, for help and immediately he helped me in the best and most respectful way. He was very nice and recommended some really DELICIOUS cookies for me and my friends. Even though, it was a few minutes before closing time, he didn’t rush me when deciding. This place is VERY GOOD and Dylan deserves a raise! 😀👍🏽🍪

I do not recommend The Great American Cookie Company at Parkway Place Mall. The customer service was very unprofessional and downright rude. They made a scene in front of everyone and refused to serve me because I was not wearing a mask.

I mistakenly ordered a cookie (for Lauren’s birthday) from the Great American Cookie Company on College Avenue in Fayetteville rather than Fort Smith. When I called the Fort Smith store about picking up the cookie early, they told me they didn’t have the order but would get it ready.
