HORRIBLE over the phone service. Was trying to INQUIRE about a heart shaped cookie and the guy kept demanding I go online to place an order. Prior to calling I checked online and there was no option for the heart shape. Thanks for nothing.

Shopped in the mall to grab a couple of items from JCPenney before the store closed permanently; therefore, I had bags on my arm. On my way out, I decided to grab a couple of cookies before heading home. The woman helping me, possibly the manager’s wife, inserted my card into the machine because their Apple Pay system was not functional.
