bad customer service at this location, although the cookies are great the customer service is well below average. I ordered a cookie cake through the website for it to be delivered and someone picked it up the day before my delivery, workers neglected to check an ID or anything. Lost my money and the cake. Bounced back and forth from talking to different people. Do not recommend this location.
A manager told me she would give me 50% off a plain cookie cake because they decorated mine wrong completely not what i asked for ( pictures in details ). went to pickup and was told by Aaron ( a worker ) they weren’t doing that and that the manager had left they refused to call the manager was rude and said “ they were busy helping other customers. i will NEVER be back. i was told they could do what i asked for. IF YOU CANT DO WHAT YOUR ASKED FOR SAY NO WE CANT DO THAT DONT RUIN A PARTY BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE.
We have used Great American Cookie for special occasions for several years. Unfortunately, today our order was taken and prepared incorrectly. Of course I wasn’t happy and down to the wire with time. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you to the store manager who was quick to make everything right and find a quick solution.
Their cookies and cookie cakes are pretty good but for a 16 inch cookie cake it is $36.99 so they are pretty expensive but other than that they are pretty good I don’t understand why they are so expensive if you’ve never tried it give it a try. They are good.
