"If" and "when" they actually have product made to sell it is usually burnt beyond eating. And will have the nerve to say that it's suppose go be that way...some of same staff has been there for at least 7 years.... I manage a business and it amazes me that the owner of this place if ok with the money that he is losing! Horrible and rude employees with product that isn't edible.......
I do not recommend Great American Cookies to anyone. Even if you were in the best mood ever, the complete lack of customer service, could drive anyone batty. The entire staff tend to treat customers rudely, that's if they choose to acknowledge you at their counter
