Totally unprofessional and a total waste of time. They have a defective email address on their website. They never responded to my email messages to make an appointment, and they require an appointment before seeing you. When I called I was given an earful about how they don't know "that" email address. When I told them that the email address is what is listed on their website along with the phone number that I called to speak with them they just kept saying how they don't get email for that address. I was here with my wife to sell some old jewelry, my wife and I were very impressed by their professionalism and excellent customer service we received. We got a fair price on our old jewelry, actually the higher price than any other place in Westchester county that we have checked. We highly recommend this place, the owners are kind and expert in what they are doing...Thank you. Now it's time to go buy my wife some new jewelry:)
