Always friendly
Not very pedestrian friendly, lobby is closed to people trying to make new accounts. They have a sign saying to go through the drive through, but as a pedestrian, that's not safe and usually discouraged at other places with drive throughs. Telling potential customers that they aren't allowed inside doesn't feel like a great business strategy anyway, who wants to do business with a company that doesn't even trust you to walk through their doors?
Have worked with Great American Bank for years! They are fantastic to work with, would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller bank with great customer service!
Had a couple of large commercial loans with these guys and first sign of national rate hikes and they want to renegotiate. first the over-reach in asset collateral then personal guarantees but when buying out a partner - who was a director of the bank, i believe - they want to re-negotiate. Panicky? I smell a bank in trouble? I have loans with 6 banks and this one takes the cake. No stars if i could
