tried to ship a car to another state ,I was giver 5 day window to ship, i called several times, no answer , and did not respond to my voice msg, when they only answered today when i chose i want a quote ! i asked when my car will be shipped, NO day to promise or to comit on a day or few days window ! i asked if i can cancel, they immediately cancelled , i had to call to receive a confirmation i chose another auto transport company

Brandon and Damion Great Service was provided from Jacksonville to Pensacola Florida and was the most reasonable rate for transport
A very negative experience. I was charged an extra $200 because no one told me I cannot put more than 100lbs of stuff in the car since I am moving cross-country, the driver is an independent contract as far as I can see and did not make dropping it off easy because he is personally taking it off the semi truck and driving it to the house and then had to be given a ride back to his semi truck...not his fault, he is the middle man in all of this.
