I am posting this review to let anyone know if you are unable to get your claim covered. I highly recommend Great Roofing and adjusting. On 5/7/24 We sustained damage from hail. Unable to get damage completely covered with State Farm and another adjuster. We signed a contract on 4/5/25 with Great Roofing public adjusting. They fought on our behalf for six months. Rhett was my insurance adjuster he did great job i didn't need to do a thing he is very outgoing friendly professional i would recommend him highly his coworker Robbie was also great to deal with he to was also very friendly, outgoing and professional would recommend him as well
From Start to Finish Rhett never left me hanging! Always responding to any and all calls with questions. Rhett worked the insurance company from day one and went over the damages with my insurance adjusters and fought for every dollar they needed to do the job! Robbie came with Roofing samples and explained the difference in the warranty and shingle type. I've had many contractors in my days and I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend them for your projects.
Tim and Miguel explained the process after the hail storm. They examined the roof on the house and garage noting all damage and taking pictures. They then worked with our home insurance compay an met with the insurance inspector detailing everything they had found. The process was simple and painless and we really appreciate all they did for us.
I had a great experience dealing with Tim and Miguel from Great Adjusting. We first turned them away a couple times but Tim explained that he saw some similar damage on our house when inspecting our neighbors. Miguel laid out a no pressure meeting and we ended up having them submit a claim through our insurance. They have handled everything and got our roof covered after the hailstorm. They are local to new lenox so I felt that they were really trying to get us whole, thanks for all the work guys.
