Great roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof,siding and gutters. They are very professional,but also friendly. Calls are always answered promptly. They make all the insurance contacts concerning claims,adjustments and billing. Repairs were prompt and clean up was completed and hauled away immediately. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the company. We have referred them to several friends and family who have all been very happy with the company and their work.
Great Adjusting was super helpful in all aspects of my experience, Mike was a tremendous help in getting my whole roof replacement taken care of. Would recommend them to others in the future!
Great Adjusting is indeed great! May 7, 2024 my house along with all of my neighbors expieranced a severe hail storm. I had another roofer come out and said I needed everything. State Farm insurance said that I did NOT need a new roof , gutters, downspouts and skylights. I had been referred by a friend to Great Adjusting. They came through! Could not ask for a better company. They did with that they say they were going to do. They were like bulldogs with insurance company. They know the insurance law very well and use that to their advantage.
The process of working with my insurance company was challenging and Mike was aggressive working thru it! I’m pleased with new roof however, I would have appreciated more shingle samples to choose from, they only provided one.
