Hands down a 5-star company! We reached out to them after a heavy storm, they contacted us and came out to assess the damage the same day. Communication was open and professional. They handled everything from filing the claim with the insurance company to obtaining the permit for the roofing / gutter replacements. All went smoothly and as promised. I have been more than pleased with my dealings with Great Adjusting. From the time we asked John to replace our roof to already having scheduled a date for its installation has been less than a month. They have handled the quote, the insurance company, city permit etc. Everyone involved has been pleasant and professional. This is something I have dreaded going through but they made it a piece of cake. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't have hired a GREATer company to adjust my loss with State Farm. Lawrence and Hunter were onsite when the adjuster from State Farm came to do the inspection. State Farm fought my claim for a year and a half, stating my 3 layer roof was repairable. The Great Adjusting team did not back down and fought for me through it all, even bringing on Michael one of the owners of the company to help.
