I had my roof installed in 2022 which Great Adjusting was able to obtain through my insurance company. Recently after high winds my down spout was pulled away from my house. I called and left a voice mail on a sunday and within 20 got a call back from one of the owners. I sent him pictures and he came out the same day to look at the damage. within one week the down spout was replaced. it rare to see great service like this and a company that stands by its work. would 100% feel confidant using Great roof again

We started with Great Adjusting after a terrible experience with another adjuster keeping our roof in limbo by not being able to properly work with insurance company to get us approved. After almost 2 years of struggling with them we got out of our contract and contacted John at Great Adjusting. We signed the papers with him at end of July and already have approval from insurance for our roof! Would highly recommend.
Great Adjusting, helped us with all aspects of getting insurance coverage from hail damage to our roof. They work with you throughout the process I highly recommend their service. Great job!
