This office is amazing from start to finish. I was never able to wear progressive glasses until Dr. GRAYTOK and staff went to work on my eyes. They made my glasses perfect and also tweaked my contacts until they were the best I’ve ever been able to see. High attention to detail and they are willing to go the extra mile to make things right. I accidentally broke my glasses this morning. I went to see if anything could be done to help my predicament in a timely fashion. Ironically, I was scheduled to bring my granddaughter for her eye appointment this same afternoon! Alan and the staff at Graytok's leaped into action, and had a pair of glasses ready for me by the time I returned for my granddaughters appointment! Kind, helpful and professional, there is simply no reason to go anywhere else than Dr. Graytok's office for your vision needs! Highly recommended!
If you want excellent eye care Dr. Graytok’s office is the place to be. The staff is amazing and when you go there the care is above and beyond! From the doctor to Allen, Amy and Lois you will be happy that this is your place in Ligonier. It’s the best!!
I’ve been a longtime patient of Graytok’s and have always been very happy with my glasses and contacts.
Screwed up my prescription several times and tried to blame it on me even though the percrsiption was supposed to be the same as my old glasses and I could see out of the old ones great.
