Horrible customer service. Ordered an R/C plane, all the electronics were to be included for set up and flight. Kit came , spare parts ordered also came, no electronics including radio, battery, servos, etc were not included as advertised. Contacted customer several times, two weeks have passed since they were alerted, over one week of unanswered emails. This Hobbie Shop is amazing! They have everything that I have ever needed that is associated with R/C, and were so friendly. I have received a ton of technical advice from them.
