Pretty nice and helpful, even if I was in the wrong tax office.
It's Wednesday, 2 PM, and no one answers the phone.
I have been dealing with vehicles title & registration issues for two years due to car mar messing up everything. Debra has been so much help. She was kind, patient, and understanding with me the whole time (even when I got unreasonable myself). In the 2 yrs I've struggled with this she is the only one that has gotten anywhere AND resolved the issue in a timely manner. I tried calling but the directory just takes you around in circles, never answering the phone. I know why to, my property tax went up over 10 times what it has been for over 25 years! And all of a sudden it isn't homesteaded anymore. Who is running that circus up there?
