I contacted them about my problem with my Serta Blissful Excellence - Luna Vista - Plush - Pillow Top Queen and got no response earlier this year to my email. This company makes a promise to help you if you ev4er need warranty service and they let you down big time. I tried earlier this year to get a sagging problem fixed or refunded.
