This is the worst electrical supplier in Albuquerque. Horrible management, can't keep product stocked and slow response times. I did business with Graybar for a few years and after I was told they would not stock product I was buying from them on a weekly basis and I was told that if I wanted anything more brought in "stock" I had to pay for it in advance. Terrible. They would lead people on promising you the job. Then don’t even have the professionalism to call you back and let you know you were not awarded the job. I’ll be sure to not recommend no one to go here for work or purchases. Grade -F
Great customer service. No complaints at all. Very satisfied.
You won't find be another company you go to and get overcharged for a product like this place. If you don't have sufficient funds don't spend your money here. I mean more than sufficient funds because they will overcharge. Every time they even post a sign saying so. And then blame it on the bank ridiculous. The management is ridiculous and refused to take returns.
graybar is very unprofessional even though they seem so, they target their employees and HR is no better nor help!!!! they drug tested specially ONE employee who works hard and loved his job but no one else then waited a whole week to get in contact with them that they haven't heard anything & simply just fired my bf. Funny how he is the only one with color huh?? Do not work here they don’t care about there employees only care about them self’s, money and time NOTHING ELSE .
