We do a lot of business with this Graybar Location. Scott Davidson is our company’s go to person there. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional people in the business. When any person in our company places an order with him materials are delivered accurately and timely. If a part isn’t available he’ll let you know if there are other options available. He goes above and beyond to help you out. Great sales person and definitely the best one our company has dealt with at Graybar.
Indolent and condescending sales staff.
Order went to wrong office, 4 states away. When it came in, several nuts/bolts were missing. Then the invoice was sent to another office as well, btw, I paid by cc, so no idea how they would fumble the order this much. I worked w/ the STL, MO office for over a decade without issue, SW FL needs to get it together.
