Bought a whole house surge protector which the salesman picked out for me. Brought it home and open the package and found out it did not fit my panel. Brought it back the next day and they refused a refund because the package was opened. I even asked to talk to the manager but he refused to even discuss it with me. How was I supposed to know if it fit or not without opening up the package?
