What is the point of an electrical supply house that closest before the working day is over where you can't even get parts
Long story short, ordered a large amount of wire to be picked up at another branch. There was a problem and the guy I talked to there couldn't have cared less. I called this branch and spoke with Beth. She fixed everything! She was professional, kind and empathetic. Traits that the other guy at the other branch sorely lacked! I've never done any significant business with this company before, but after this experience, Graybar will be my company's supplier from here on out!! Very happy!
Called to order bundled cabling and didn't seem to want to help and the sales rep didn't seem to care.
