Impossible to get through on the phone.
The guy who answer the phone provide a lame customer service , he only knows to say ONE MOMENT and you never got transfer. Give an opportunity to people who really wants to work
Whoever is operating the phones for transfers is rude, the transfer ended up not transferring and would just end the call, so I call back and the guy hangsup before I can even tell him and won’t pickup the phone lol
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have it in stock, it will probably be there tomorrow.
