Update: I really hate to do this but the last few times I came in, the wait was long. I walked out the last time I came in. I liked coming here because how fast it was getting in and out. I dont know what happened or changed. All I can say is slow. 1st time coming into Graybar’s Counter last month, there was a few people in front of me but the wait wasn’t long at all. Any time Ive ever tried to use this place it turns into a mess. Call for a part, "let me transfer you" and you get voicemail. Absolutely ridiculous.
