I first went to Christian about 5 years ago because I had trouble turning my neck when I drove. He did the whole program on my body and I have never had any more issues, so I just go in for tune ups. A couple of years ago, during my annual check up, my doctor said that I had really good range of motion for someone in her 50s. I really think Christian’s therapy helps a lot because I spend a lot of time in front of the computer for work, but I am still very much pain-free.
