Just had another fantastic Rolfing session at Gray Rolfing! Feeling more aligned and energized than ever. Highly recommend their expert bodywork therapy for anyone looking to improve posture and overall well-being!
Christian does a great job! I recommend!
I first went to Christian about 5 years ago because I had trouble turning my neck when I drove. He did the whole program on my body and I have never had any more issues, so I just go in for tune ups. A couple of years ago, during my annual check up, my doctor said that I had really good range of motion for someone in her 50s. I really think Christian’s therapy helps a lot because I spend a lot of time in front of the computer for work, but I am still very much pain-free.
My posture and ROM in my legs and shoulder improved from my visits with DR Gray This significantly helps chronic pain and fatigued I’ve had for hella years and most affordable
Christian is the absolute best! Not only did he help me through some SI joint issues, he taught me a ton, recommended an excellent chiropractor, and has a top notch personality. I am grateful I found him and you will be too
