Terrible. Do not use. Very disorganized. Not customer service oriented. Had to have taxes redone.
I have been going to John for 22 years. I am more than satisfied with his services, and have consistently had a good experience with him. He is up to date on the tax codes and the entire tax process has always gone smoothly for me.
