Just know, apparently they don’t have a refund policy? They may be happy to give you a store credit though. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.
No cash or credit card refunds in order protect themselves but my hard earned $139 did not matter. I’m not sure that’s even legal.
This store has been a family tradition for years since I was maybe three years old. Mine now deceased father used to go here and get jewelry for me as well. I purchased quite a few pieces from the store on Christmas Eve. I had to return on today due to one of the pieces breaking within 72 hours. Instead of the lady that was inside Grey fox as the store clerk being courteous and understanding she was very rude, disrespectful and uncaring. Very good prices, nice selection of Pandora products, they are one of the last remaining OG from the early days of this mall. Been there for 42 years
Went in to have a watch sized and they refused to size it because they “had other customers” are we not considered a customer?
