I think if you gave it a couple of seconds of consideration, you would remember why this is a 1 star. My information was given to you in a timely manner, and I have the dated emails showing as much. You failed to do your job. You failed to communicate. You failed to take responsibility for your mistake. Then you placed the blame on me for not calling you to remind you to do said job? What a fool you are if you think you're not solely responsible for my situation.
