Very attentive and helpful staff, perfect condition e-bike, pricing is on par with other renters.
My son has enjoyed MTB for a few years now, but took an interest in competing this year. He signed up for one event but wasn’t feeling overly confident, so I signed him up for a term of development squad lessons - this was the best thing ever! Super friendly and helpful staff. Great shuttle service too
Excellent service from Gravity Nelson, they sorted myself and my girlfriend an E-Bike each, and recommended a suitable route that we could both enjoy. The bikes were top spec and great fun, they even had the brakes swapped around for us from the UK. Much appreciated, great shop, would highly recommend to anyone passing through Nelson who wants to get out on the trails.
