God awful. Stay away.
Not a huge fan. Very little guidance as a first time buyer and I was having to chase down progress almost on a daily basis. Every email was copy /paste. Maybe I wasn't spending enough money for them. Who knows. If you are a first time buyer I would highly recommend finding a lender who specializes in FHA loans, someone who will give you the time of day and make sure you feel comfortable spending hundreds of thousands of dollars. Ashley & her team at Gravity Home Loans were amazing in helping my husband & I close on our very first house. She is very hardworking & always responded back in a timely manner & made sure to answer all of our questions (& trust me, we had a lot). She definitely aided in an amazing closing process including making sure we stayed within our budget & even provided us with some future advance as first time home owners.
