As an LGBT person, I did not feel welcomed or treated with basic respect here. The receptionist — a blonde girl with blue eyes — came across as dismissive and unfriendly throughout the experience. After I left the float pool and was drying my hair, she took my bag out of the room and placed it directly on the floor in a very rude manner. The bag was brand new. Best Floatation place in Melbourne! I love the staff and have had so many nice conversations with customers after having floats and massages. And the special tea and magnesium sprays are AMAZING. (Pun intended)
