My son has a mountain bike that he loves and races in NICA that needed a replacement part that was unavailable anywhere. Complete unobtanium. My family and I just moved to Utah and I wanted to check out the local gear shops. I need to buy my 4 year old a snowboard so I figured this would be a good place to check out. The woman working was incredibly rude and impatient. Admittedly my 4 year old and 2 year old who were with me are kids and run around and grab things or go behind counters. I purchased an Evil Twin Plus snowboard 159 wide and the shop sent me the wrong size. After contacting them, I was told they don’t even have the correct size in stock. Now I’m stuck with the hassle of shipping products back, and they still have my money. Customer service has been slow, unhelpful, and provided no solutions such as a discount or alternative.
