Changed my life. After I tried everything for a frozen shoulder, I did the ten sessions with Zeina and paired it with physio. It finally worked. Since then I go see her whenever I need her expertise, as when I sprained my knee. Also, I go a few times a year for what I call a realignment. She gives excellent advice and is very easy to talk too. Life is so much better when you’re pain free!

I have been seeing one of the owners for several years for Rolfing and continue to go for booster visits at least 3 times a year; I suffered from whiplash several times, was seen by massage therapists, acupuncturists, physiotherapists, was prescribed pain medication, anti-inflammatories, etc. and nothing got rid of the constant pain in my neck and shoulder areas.
