The receptionist or whatever woman returned my call was so unimaginably rude when it came to my fathers death. Chastising me for calling after hours. How dare I leave a voicemail so sorry won’t happen ever again. She kept asking over and over if I was even in Spokane when I told her I was she still kept asking.
