I’ve reached out to Gravis Law PLLC in Spokane multiple times and unfortunately, I’ve yet to receive any meaningful assistance. Each time I call, I’m told there are no attorneys available—and no indication of when, or if, they’ll be accepting new cases. When I spoke with Marvin, he had no information to offer and simply said “until further notice,” which didn’t help at all. I reached out to set an appointment the person doing the phone calls tried to tell me because my son is a minor a POA is not necessary but had no knowledge about Washington laws and how a child that is 13 has to provide consent for anyone to be involved in their medical care and are able to make their own medical decisions.
