Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. When trying to explain my situation, so she can guide me to the proper attorney she continues to make me repeat myself so I tell her I just told you what’s going on and she states don’t yell at me, when I didn’t yell and then hangs up on me and declines my call back twice.
