Great shop, super chill staff.
Top of the line shop. Matt and gang know quality. That is apparent the second you walk in and see only the best products on display. This isn't just some shop offering up the run of the mill bike shop. This is quality, expertise and attention to detail thats on a whole other level.
Not sharing your parking lot and the budget spent on the signs saying so, is ridiculous. Especially when you are closed. Considering your business concept/model, I am willing to bet you haven't had more than 3 spaces taken at any moment. Forcing folks to walk across the street isn't cool. Be cool and share your lot.
I paid almost $14,000 for a custom bike from Gravelo Workshop on February 5th, 2026. Matt Ball the owner has refused repeated requests for a refund since May 30th, 2026 after the bike was over 30 days late. Matt has provided no reasoning, only pushback and then tries to bury my review of him here. I did nothing to deserve this treatment. No bike, no sale. I have since purchased another bike and am in a deep hole because of Gravelo Workshop.
