Great cycle shop. They take time with each customer to help you get set up. They are great with information about group rides and routes you can do as well
A huge thank you to the team at Merchant Cycles especially the service manager Isaac. After UPS lost my bike in transit to Unbound 2024 these guys saved my race by setting me up on a loaner bike for the race with 3 days notice. Even though they were slammed the days leading up to the race Isaac answered my calls, text messages and bent over backwards the day before the race to get me setup with a bike and pedals. I’m in town for Unbound 2024 and fell in love with this shop. They were packed with racers but still had time to check on me, make sure I was taken care of and had time to chat and share their experiences. Super friendly and they made me feel like family. Thank you!
