Adam and Tim are great to work with. I heard great things about this place so I bought my first gravel bike there. I live 1-1/2 hours away and have many other options. But I wouldn’t buy or service my bike anywhere else. Worth the drive for me. They truly want happy customers and go out of their way to help.
These guys are complete experts in everything Gravel. I hired a bike from them and no only did Tim ensure I had a great bike (which I did) but his local knowledge (and patience with my lack of knowledge) was invaluable. I encourage anyone who has even a vague interest in gravel riding should head on over to Merchant!
Zeer vriendelijke mensen in de winkel. Helpen je met plezier verder. Ik heb hier een fiets gehuurd om mee de verkenning van unbound te kunnen doen. Fiets was oke, niet top maar, ik had wat laat gemaild voor misschien een beter exemplaar te kunnen huren dus ook men eigen fout. Ik kon meerijden dus dat was oke.
