Gratz is a great member of the community and has the respect of everyone he deals with.
Gratz answers the phone himself! I had questions about my property taxes. He answered everyone. He just happens to be a real nice person. Not some employee of the township that has to stick to a script or transfer you to another person. If you have questions, you are getting answers directly from Gratz.
