I wouldn’t even give these folks 1 star but I was forced to. I booked them and was sent 8 separate emails from them confirming my appointment. They were a no call, no show, when I did call and spoke w Brayden who set up the appointment, he nonchalantly acted like he never spoke w me nor did he set up the move which he in fact did and then said he can do it Monday when it was scheduled for a Saturday as I work on Monday and it would have never even been a option. No need to look around at other movers! Just choose Gratitude. They moved my parents from Chattanooga to Huntsville, and they were amazing every step of the way. They took care of my parents’ things as well as protected all the floors, stairs, and doorways of both homes. Definitely a 5-star experience.
