I actually love the doctors and nurses here. However your receptionist Heather needs some customer service training. I have never ever been treated so rudely by any receptionist. Any time she is on the phone it seems like an inconvenience to her. She is the reason I will be looking for a new primary care facility.
I will never go back to this practice for a list of reasons. The main being my 75 year old dad has been in and out of the ER the last three months stating he could not breath, which would take us to Dr S every single time, for him to only tell my dad “everything looks great” my dad has been a survivor of cancer, a triple by pass, strokes, and much more. I love this place. They are so friendly and kind.
Where do I start..... During covid, I had a sinus infection and couldn't get into see my Dr. So they sent me to see one of the other Dr's. Long story short..... They had my records there and still prescribed the wrong medication, which in turn put me in the hospital for 2 days! That was the worst month of my life. We stayed because it wasn't our Dr. That did this. But just last month, I was sick with a sinus infection again.
