I really appreciate the kind, empathetic nurses and physicians here. My family and I have been patients at this office for the last 8 years. Unfortunately, the receptionist, Heather, is not like that. She is rude and seems "put out" that I bothered her to request if there were any opening for today, as my child may have steep throat. She needs to go some training on customer service and phone manners.
Tried to find a primary Doctor for awhile, only for my concerns to be dismissed and minimized rudely by Doctors I've seen in the past. Every member of the staff is very professional and friendly. Every concern I've brought up with Dr Boring has been looked into thoroughly with every step and option explained. Id recommend this office to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
I have been seen several of the providers here for the last few years and have had good experiences. My young kids see Betsy and she is one of the kindest most patient providers we have ever seen for them.
I actually love the doctors and nurses here. However your receptionist Heather needs some customer service training. I have never ever been treated so rudely by any receptionist. Any time she is on the phone it seems like an inconvenience to her. She is the reason I will be looking for a new primary care facility.
I will never go back to this practice for a list of reasons. The main being my 75 year old dad has been in and out of the ER the last three months stating he could not breath, which would take us to Dr S every single time, for him to only tell my dad “everything looks great” my dad has been a survivor of cancer, a triple by pass, strokes, and much more.
