Attended a session friday 3/05 It was a very relaxing experience. I mean i literally fell asleep. Afterwards i felt a weight off my shoulders as i was aware of what my body was trying to tell me. I mean i knew already the things that julie brought up but this experience helped. Cant wait to go again. Will be referring to others.
