EDITING my review - changing 1 Star from previous 5 star. FYI is NOT a Physical Therapy center but a Doctor’s office. The nurse practitioners I’ve seen and office staff are nice enough and seem ok, but they’re near impossible to get on the phone and cannot seem to get referrals or the prior authorization in. Apparently (who knows if this is true or they’re just trying to blame someone), there is a 3rd party person they employ who only works remotely who handles referrals/ prior authorizations and they keep referring to speci... read more

This is NOT a Physical Therapy center but a Doctor’s office. Great news is they take Medi-Cal or Partnership Health. They are usually quite busy, and I have sometimes had trouble with getting through to speak to the office or dealing with insurance. But Dr offices are overloaded, and they have all been nice and helpful. They seem to cater to an older clientele.

Please be aware - this is important information to know before sending anyone here or to another affiliated clinic. This company owns the Loomis medical clinic which is performing insurance fraud. My family member received a bill for completely random things that were NEVER performed during his visit and was submitted to insurance. We called this office and it wasn't a mistake on their part due to the doctor at Loomis medical.
